Create a copy room

Configure copy settings per receiver:
  • Fixed lots: Always copy 0.1 lot
  • Proportional: Copy 50% of sender volume
  • Risk %: Risk 2% per trade

Troubleshooting

Check these:
  • Is account connected? (Green dot = active)
  • Did you copy full webhook URL?
  • Is JSON/text format correct? (Test in Playground)
  • Check webhook settings (is it enabled?)

Common causes:
  • Receiver has insufficient margin
  • Symbol doesn’t exist on receiver broker (use symbol mapping)
  • Copy room is paused
  • Sender account disconnected

  1. Check account status (is it connected in Accounts page?)
  2. Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+F5)
  3. Try different account
  4. Check browser console for errors
