General

What is Trade Wzrd?

Trade Wzrd is a multi-platform trade automation platform. It lets you automate trade execution from TradingView alerts, copy trades across accounts, and view performance analytics from a browser-based dashboard.

What platforms are supported?

MT4, MT5, and TradeLocker. Dashboard analytics are currently available for MT4 and MT5 accounts only. TradeLocker analytics are coming soon.

Is there a free plan?

No. Trade Wzrd offers paid plans starting at $29/month. All plans include a full set of features with the Starter plan at $29/mo.

Accounts

How do I connect my account?

  1. Go to the Accounts page in the sidebar
  2. Click Connect Account
  3. Select your platform (MT4, MT5, or TradeLocker)
  4. Enter your broker credentials and click Connect

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes. The number of accounts depends on your subscription tier:

My account shows disconnected, what do I do?

  1. Check that your broker credentials are correct
  2. Go to the Accounts page and click Reconnect
  3. If the issue persists, your broker may be under maintenance
  4. Contact support if the problem continues

Can I use demo accounts?

Yes. All plans support both demo and live accounts.

Automation

How do webhooks work?

  1. You create a webhook in Trade Wzrd and get a unique URL
  2. In TradingView, set an alert with the action set to Webhook URL
  3. Paste the Trade Wzrd URL and enter your signal in the message field
  4. When the alert triggers, TradingView sends the signal text to Trade Wzrd
  5. Trade Wzrd parses the signal and executes the trade on your linked accounts

What signal format do I use?

The format uses comma-separated parts: ACTION,SYMBOL,PARAM=VALUE,PARAM=VALUE

Example: BUY,EURUSD,VOL=0.01,SL=100,TP=200,TPSLTYPE=PIPS

Can I send multiple commands at once?

Yes. Use semicolons to separate multiple commands in a single webhook call:

Does the order of parts matter?

No. The parser is fully flexible - the command, symbol, and parameters can appear in any order:

Can I test without real money?

Yes. Use the Playground in your webhook to send test signals and see the parsed result. Connect a demo account to test full execution without risking real funds.

Why did my signal fail?

Check the Alerts page in Trade Wzrd. Every signal execution is logged with details including the error reason. Common causes:

  • Invalid signal format (missing command or symbol)
  • Account disconnected
  • Insufficient margin
  • Market closed
  • Symbol not found on the broker

Copy Trading

How does copy trading work?

  1. Create a room in the Copy Trading section
  2. Add a sender account (the account whose trades are copied)
  3. Add receiver accounts (accounts that replicate the sender’s trades)
  4. When the sender opens, modifies, or closes a trade, the action is replicated on all receivers

What copy modes are available?

Two copy modes:

  • Proportional - lot sizes scale based on the ratio between sender and receiver account balances
  • Fixed - receivers use a fixed lot size that you specify

Terminal

What is the Terminal?

The Terminal is Trade Wzrd’s browser-based trading interface. You can place orders, manage positions, and view charts directly from your browser without needing your broker’s platform open.

Can I trade from the Terminal?

Yes. The Terminal supports placing market orders, pending orders, and managing existing positions on your connected accounts.

Billing

Yearly billing saves 20%.

How do events work?

Different actions consume different amounts of events:

The counter resets at the start of each calendar month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made.

How do I upgrade?

  1. Go to the Billing page
  2. Click Upgrade to open the plan selector
  3. Select a higher plan and complete checkout via Dodo Payments or PayPal

Are webhooks unlimited?

Yes. All plans include unlimited webhooks. There is no cap on the number of webhooks you can create.

What payment methods are supported?

Dodo Payments (credit/debit card) and PayPal.

Analytics

What analytics are available?

The Dashboard provides analytics for MT4/MT5 accounts, including:

  • Equity chart with timeframe filters (1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, All, Custom)
  • Customizable widget grid with 20+ widgets
  • P&L Calendar with daily breakdown and yearly heatmap
  • Performance Metrics page with stats cards and trade history table

Why can’t I see TradeLocker analytics?

Dashboard analytics currently support MT4 and MT5 only. TradeLocker analytics support is coming soon.
