ICMarketsSC-Demo).

- Click Connect.

After connecting, your account appears on the Accounts page with live data:
- Green dot - Account is connected and receiving real-time data
- No dot - Account is not connected
- DEMO/LIVE badge - Indicates account type
- Ping indicator - Shows current latency to the broker server
Demo vs Live Accounts
Trade Wzrd supports both demo and live accounts. The connection process is identical for both.
Always test on a demo account first. Verify your automation and copy trading rules work as expected before connecting a live account with real funds.
Account Limits
Your plan determines how many accounts you can connect. The Connect Account modal shows your current usage with a progress bar. When you reach your limit, you’ll see a warning with a link to upgrade your plan.
See Plans & Pricing for full details.
Troubleshooting
Wrong Credentials
Account immediately shows as disconnected after connecting.
- Double-check your account number and password.
- For MT4/MT5, ensure you are using the trading password, not the investor or master password.
- Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for accidental spaces.
Server Not Found
Connection fails with a server error.
- Verify the exact server name in your trading platform.
- Type the full server name manually if search doesn’t find it.
- Contact your broker to confirm the correct server address.
Connection Drops Intermittently
Account alternates between connected and disconnected.
- Check your internet connection stability.
- If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the account.
