Managing Subscription

View your current plan, upgrade, cancel, manage payment methods, and download invoices from the Billing page.

All subscription management is done from the Billing page in your dashboard. The page has two tabs: Overview and Invoices & History.

Viewing Your Current Plan

On the Billing Overview tab, your current subscription details are displayed:

  • Plan name and tier badge
  • Status (active, cancelled, past due)
  • Monthly or yearly billing cycle
  • Next renewal date
  • Usage limits and current consumption

Usage Meters

The Overview tab shows three usage meters:

Metric What It Shows
Connected Accounts Trading accounts in use / account limit
Events This Month Events consumed / monthly event cap
Copy Rooms Active rooms / room limit

Each meter includes a progress bar indicating how much of your quota has been consumed.

14-Day Event History

A bar chart displays your event usage over the last 14 days. Each bar represents one day’s activity. Use this to:

  • Spot days with unusually high activity
  • Forecast whether you will exceed your monthly limit
  • Identify automation issues (sudden spikes may indicate misconfigured webhooks)

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Open the Billing page.
  2. Click Upgrade on the Subscription Manager card.
  3. A plan selection modal opens showing all available plans.
  4. Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing - yearly saves 20%.
  5. Select the plan you want and complete checkout.
  6. Your new limits take effect immediately.

Upgrade Proration

When upgrading mid-cycle, you pay a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period.

You cannot downgrade mid-cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Payment Methods

Trade Wzrd supports payment via:

Provider Description
Dodo Payments Credit/debit card payments
PayPal PayPal subscriptions and one-time purchases

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Open the Billing page.
  2. Click Cancel on the Subscription Manager card.
  3. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

After cancellation:

  • Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to all features until then
  • No further charges are made

Invoice History

The Invoices & History tab shows all past invoices with download links. Click any invoice to view details or download a PDF copy for your records.

Quick Actions

The Billing page includes a Quick Actions navigation grid with links to related pages and settings.

Enterprise Plans

Enterprise subscribers with custom arrangements can have their subscriptions managed by the Trade Wzrd team. Contact us for changes to custom plans or billing adjustments.
