Billing

Usage and Limits

Track your account, event, and copy room usage against plan limits. Understand event costs and what happens at capacity.

Each subscription plan enforces limits on accounts, events, and copy rooms. The Billing page shows your current usage against these limits.

Usage Overview

Three usage metrics are displayed on the Billing Overview tab:

Metric What It Shows
Connected Accounts Trading accounts in use / account limit
Events This Month Events consumed / monthly event cap
Copy Rooms Active rooms / room limit

Each metric includes a progress bar indicating how much of your quota has been consumed.

What Counts as an Event

An event is counted every time a signal is processed. Events have different costs depending on the action type:

Action Type Event Cost
Open 5 events
Partial Close 3 events
Close 2 events
Modify 1 event

These costs are tracked per-action. Each successful signal execution increments the monthly event counter by the appropriate cost.

Events Reset Monthly

The event counter resets at the start of each calendar month. If you are at 9,998 events and a new trade opens (cost 5), the signal will not be processed until the next cycle.

14-Day Event History

A bar chart on the Billing Overview tab displays your event usage over the last 14 days. Each bar represents one day’s activity. Use this to:

  • Spot days with unusually high activity
  • Forecast whether you will exceed your monthly limit
  • Identify automation issues (sudden spikes may indicate misconfigured webhooks)

Account Limits

The account limit is the total number of connected trading accounts across all platforms. The count includes both live and demo accounts.

Plan Account Limit
Starter 1
Pro 3
Premium 6
Elite 10
Enterprise Unlimited

Copy Room Limits

Plan Rooms Receivers/Room
Starter 0 0
Pro 5 10
Premium 10 50
Elite 20 100
Enterprise Unlimited Unlimited

Copy trading supports two volume modes: Proportional (lot sizes scale based on the ratio between sender and receiver balances) and Fixed (receivers use a fixed lot size you specify).

Webhook Limits

Webhooks are unlimited on all plans. There is no limit on the number of webhooks you can create.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit

When you reach a limit:

Limit Reached Behavior
Account limit Cannot add new accounts
Event limit New signals are not processed until next cycle
Copy room limit Cannot create new rooms

Events that arrive while at the event limit are dropped - they are not queued for later processing.

Monitoring Usage

Best practices for staying within your limits:

  • Check the Billing page weekly to track your event consumption rate
  • Watch the 14-day chart for trends - if usage is accelerating, you may need to upgrade before hitting the cap
  • Account for event costs: opening trades costs 5 events, not 1
  • Set a personal threshold (e.g. 80% of your event limit) and upgrade proactively
  • Remember that partial closes cost 3 events and modifies cost 1 event
