Favorites

Star symbols to track them:
  1. Click ⭐ icon next to symbol in Market Panel
  2. Symbol adds to favorites list
  3. TradingView subscribes to live prices for favorites
Keep favorites under 10 symbols for best performance. Too many WebSocket subscriptions can cause lag.

Tips & Best Practices

Reduce indicators and favorites
  • Each indicator uses CPU to calculate
  • Each favorite symbol = WebSocket subscription
  • Aim for \u003c5 indicators, \u003c10 favorites
Check these:
  1. Indicator might be behind price (try zooming out)
  2. Some indicators draw OFF-CHART (below price)
  3. TradingView library loaded? (wait 2-3 seconds on first load)
Drawings save per symbol + timeframe
  • Did you switch symbols? Check Market Panel
  • Did you switch timeframe? Drawings are timeframe-specific
  • Clear browser cache? Drawings stored in localStorage (may be lost)
Use separate browser tabsOpen Terminal in multiple tabs:
  • Tab 1: EURUSD on 15m
  • Tab 2: GBPUSD on 1H
  • Tab 3: Gold on 4H
Each tab has independent chart + account selection
